Pig Perfect is perfect, isn't it?
It changed my life...admittedly in a direction I was already going, but still.
No supermarket meat for me, never again.

I haven't started Pig Perfect yet, but I'm looking forward to it!

So far I've read The Omnivore's Dilemma, GRUB, and Real Food. I've nearly finished The Sustainable Table, and I've just started The Nasty Bits.

My husband and I both agree that Omnivore's Dilemma is a fantastic book - we both found that we had to put it down and take a break from it a couple of times, though, while reading it. There's just so much in there to process... but definitely worthwhile and important reading.
(Also, I totally spaced earlier on the title of one of the books I mentioned - it's The Ethical Gourmet, not the Sustainable Table. Whoops.)
